Biax Electric and controls Pvt. Ltd. has a well established CNC machining facility in South Gujarat: India.

Biax specializes in the machining of sub sea cable connectors, Termination parts and accessories.

About the facility:
Within a span of last six to eight months, our CNC set up has expanded at leaps and bounces. Right now it is producing to export cent percent. Today we are proud owner of five CNC Machines. We have four turning centers and a vertical machining centre.

Following are the specifications of the machines presented for your kind consideration.

	Three CNC lathes of 200 mm chuck size (X250 mm x Z450mm stroke) equipped with FANUC Oi Mate - TC system
	One CNC lathe with 400 mm chuck size (500 mm x 1.2 mts. stroke) equipped with FANUC Oi Mate - TC system
	One CNC vertical Machining centre (X610 x Y450 x Z500 mm stroke) equipped with Siemens 810D-shop mill software

All of the machines are of MAC-POWER Make. We have a well honed team of expert programmers and operators to run the machines.

About the range of products that we have covered so far:
Actually, we are a 100%  job-shop. We do not produce our own product. We specialize in producing a large variety of products as per specifications and drawings supplied. Our Product range includes Flanges, Stub ends, Ferrules, Special cable fittings, Hose fittings.

We have executed sub sea cable connector orders from well known European and American companies. We specialize in machining stainless steel of following grades: 316, 316L, 304. We also machine carbon steel of various grades.
